Your 3D Models Stay Private
Important: Your 3D CAD models are processed entirely on your local device and are never uploaded to our servers. This means:
- Your proprietary designs remain 100% confidential
- No cloud storage limits or bandwidth restrictions for 3D files
- Instant loading times from your local storage
- Complete privacy for sensitive or unreleased product designs
- No risk of data breaches affecting your 3D intellectual property

- Usage Data: Features used, credits consumed, generation history
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type
- Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed

When you use our AI features:

- You can delete your generated content at any time

We share your information only with:
- Service Providers: Supabase (authentication/database), Netlify (hosting), LemonSqueezy (payments), AI providers (OpenAI, Replicate, Luma)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active
- Generated Content: Stored until you delete it or close your account
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax/legal compliance
- After Account Deletion: Data is deleted within 30 days, except where legally required to retain
