1. Our Commitment
At 3DPlaySensation, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied with the Service, provided they have used less than 25% of their monthly credits.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- First-time subscribers: Within 7 days of first payment (see above)
- Technical issues: If our Service was unavailable for extended periods (more than 48 hours) and we were unable to resolve the issue
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or duplicated
- Unauthorized charges: If you did not authorize the payment
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are NOT available for:
- Subscriptions older than 7 days (except for billing errors)
- Partial month usage after cancellation
- Unused credits at the end of a billing period
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (quality is subjective)
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Change of mind after significant credit usage (>25%)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@3dplaysensation.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
5. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Refunds are processed through our payment provider (Paddle) and may be subject to their processing times.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to your Dashboard → Account Settings → Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No refund for the remaining days in your billing period
- You can resubscribe at any time
7. Pro-Rated Refunds
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for:
- Cancellations mid-billing cycle
- Downgrades to lower tiers
When downgrading, your new plan takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- Reply to our email explaining your concerns
- We will escalate to a senior team member for review
- Final decisions will be communicated within 5 business days
We recommend contacting us before initiating a chargeback with your bank, as this can result in account suspension.
